3. Event Registration (Summits, Retreats, Live Events)
3.1 Registration & Payment
Registration must be completed through the official registration platform.
Payment must be made in full at the time of registration, unless installment plans are offered.
Your seat is not guaranteed until payment is successfully processed.
3.2 Event Cancellation Policy
Attendee Cancellation
- 30+ days before the event: Partial refund minus administrative processing fees
- Within 30 days of the event: Non-refundable
- No-shows: Not eligible for refunds
Organizer Cancellation
If the Company cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of registration fees only.
Pet Executive Network is not responsible for travel costs, hotel expenses, or other related expenses.
3.3 Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred with written notice submitted at least 7 days before the event.
Approval is subject to Company discretion.
4. Membership Programs
Pet Executive Network offers membership communities that provide access to:

4.1 Membership Term
Memberships are sold as a 12-month commitment.
Payment options may include:
- Monthly installments
- Quarterly installments
- Annual payment
Regardless of payment schedule, membership represents a full annual contractual commitment.
4.2 Automatic Billing
By enrolling in membership, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your payment method according to the selected payment schedule.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
- Suspension of access
- Removal from membership
- Collection actions where permitted by law
4.3 Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing only.
The remaining balance of the annual membership commitment remains due.
No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

5.1. Digital Delivery
Digital products are considered delivered and received when any of the following occurs:
- Access credentials are issued
- A download link is sent
- Content is made available in a member portal
Delivery of access constitutes full fulfillment of the purchase.
5.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products
Because digital products are immediately accessible:
All digital product sales are final.
Once access has been granted or a download link has been delivered:
- No refunds will be issued
- No cancellations are permitted
- No chargebacks are allowed

The Company reserves the right to:
Immediately revoke access to programs and/or memberships
Recover chargeback costs and administrative fees where permitted by law
Deny future purchases
8. Payment Plan Default and Access Revocation
If a customer enrolls in a program, course, membership, or event using a payment plan, the customer agrees to complete all scheduled payments associated with the purchase.
Failure to complete required payments may result in:
- Immediate suspension of program access
- Revocation of course materials and community access
- Removal from memberships or events
- Collection efforts for the remaining balance where permitted by law
The Company reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances for purchases made under payment plan agreements.
Customers who default on payment plans may also be restricted from future purchases.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Pet Executive Network are the exclusive intellectual property of Kinzor Resources LLC, including:

- Attempting to redirect members to external groups, platforms, or events
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Immediate removal from the community or program
- Termination of membership or access without refund
- Restriction from future participation in Pet Executive Network offerings

13. AI Training and Data Scraping Prohibited

-Bid on Company trademarks in paid advertising without permission
-Represent themselves as employees or partners of the Company
Violation of these terms may result in termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.Affiliate commissions will be paid 30 days after Pet Executive Network receives payment from the referred customer.
24.6 Affiliate Program Changes
Pet Executive Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
The Company may also terminate an affiliate relationship at its discretion if it determines the affiliate is acting in a manner inconsistent with the Company’s values or policies.
26. Member Reputation and Professional Conduct
Pet Executive Network is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for all members and participants.
Members agree to conduct themselves in a manner that supports the reputation, integrity, and professional standing of other members and the Pet Executive Network community.
Participants agree that they will not:
- Make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about other members or the Company
- Publicly disclose or misrepresent private conversations or discussions that occur within the community
- Use information obtained through Pet Executive Network programs or communities in a manner that harms the professional reputation of other participants
- Engage in harassment, intimidation, or reputational harm toward other members
Members are encouraged to address disagreements privately and respectfully.
If a dispute arises between members, the Company may, at its discretion, facilitate resolution or take action to maintain the integrity of the community.
Pet Executive Network reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct negatively impacts the safety, professionalism, or reputation of the community. Such removal may occur without refund and may include restriction from future participation in Pet Executive Network programs or events.
